¡While a medical student at Nagoya University, forms a jazz club called "Hot Club of Japan, Nagoya Branch". Hosts record concerts over 40 times.

¡Graduates Nagoya University Medical School.

¡Opens Uchida Hospital (Uchida Byoin Geka, a surgical hospital).

¡Establishes his "Doctor's Studio" within Uchida Hospital.

¡Founds the "Yamaha Jazz Club" and participates (as President) 150 times over 35 consecutive years. Enters the Suzuka Circuit and other car races in Japan, participating as a semi-professional racer sponsored by Prince Automobiles (now Nissan).

¡Closes Uchida Hospital in Okazaki and retires.
(N.B.: Dr. Uchida remains an advisor to Uchida Hospital in Toyota to this day.)
